These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crave mobile application ("App"), operated by Cryptpeach ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Crave, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cryptpeach. If you are accessing Crave on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• You are not barred from using the App under applicable law
• You will maintain the accuracy of the information you provide

We reserve the right to verify your age at any time and to immediately terminate any account we reasonably suspect belongs to a minor. All data associated with a minor's account will be permanently deleted upon discovery.

Registration and accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at help.cryptpeach@gmail.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

One account per person

You may only maintain one active Crave account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions, bans, or other restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent termination of all associated accounts.

Account security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Do not share your account with anyone else.

Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the App. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. See our Privacy Policy for details on what happens to your data upon deletion.

Crave is a platform for genuine human connection. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

You must not

• Use the App if you are under 18 years of age
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including impersonating another person
• Use the App to harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any other user
• Solicit money, financial information, or gifts from other users
• Promote or engage in any form of sex work, escort services, or commercial sexual activity
• Share, upload, or transmit any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory
• Use the App to distribute unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
• Collect or harvest personal information from other users without their consent
• Use any automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with the App
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the App's source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our systems
• Create accounts for commercial advertising or promotional purposes
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any content moderation or safety features
• Use the App to engage in any activity that violates Google Play Developer Policies

Respect for other users

You agree to treat all other users with respect and dignity. Hate speech, discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through Crave, including photos, profile text, voice notes, prompt answers, and messages ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to post the User Content
• Your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Your User Content does not violate any applicable law or these Terms
• All photos you upload are of yourself and accurately represent your current appearance
• You will not post photos of other people without their explicit consent
• Your User Content does not contain nudity, explicit sexual content, or graphic violence

Licence you grant us

By posting User Content on Crave, you grant Cryptpeach a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable licence to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to any retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.

Content moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or our community standards. Content removal does not entitle you to any refund. See Section 7 for our full moderation policy.

No endorsement

Crave does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any User Content. We are not responsible for User Content posted by other users. You access and rely on User Content at your own risk.

Freemium model

Crave offers both free and paid features. Premium subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases ("Purchases") are available through the App. All Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing in accordance with Google Play's payment terms.

Pricing and billing

The price of any Purchase will be displayed clearly before you confirm the transaction. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select) until you cancel. Prices may change with notice provided in the App.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store under Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

All Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact Google Play Support directly or email us at help.cryptpeach@gmail.com.

Virtual items

Certain in-app items (such as boosts or profile features) are virtual goods with no monetary value outside the App. Virtual items cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue virtual items at any time.

Taxes

Prices shown may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your location. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your Purchases.

Our commitment

We are committed to maintaining Crave as a safe platform. We use a combination of automated moderation (AWS Rekognition for photos and audio) and human review to enforce these Terms and our community standards.

Reporting and Blocking

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these Terms, please report it using the in-app report feature. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. You agree not to abuse the reporting system to target users maliciously.

Users have the ability to block or unmatch with any other user at any time to immediately prevent further communication and hide their profile.

Moderation actions

We may take any of the following actions in response to violations, at our sole discretion:

• Issue a warning to your account
• Remove specific content (photos, messages, profile text)
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently ban your account and any associated devices
• Report illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities

Appeals

If you believe a moderation action was applied in error, you may submit an appeal through the app or via our Support Centre. Appeals are reviewed by a human moderator. The outcome of the appeal is final. We aim to respond to appeals within a reasonable timeframe.

Your safety

While we work hard to keep Crave safe, we cannot guarantee the conduct of all users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Never share personal information (home address, financial details, workplace) in the App. If you feel unsafe at any time, please contact local emergency services.

Our rights

The Crave App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, and all content produced by Cryptpeach, is owned by Cryptpeach and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

Your rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not allow you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App.

Feedback

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• Any defects or errors in the App will be corrected
• The App will meet your requirements or expectations
• Any matches or connections you make through the App will result in any particular outcome
• User Content posted by other users is accurate, complete, or truthful

Cryptpeach is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or content of any user of the App, whether online or offline.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cryptpeach and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Cost of substitute goods or services
• Personal injury or property damage related to your use of the App
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of the App's operation
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful components transmitted through the App by any third party

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for consequential damages is not permitted, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination by you

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Termination by us

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our community standards
• Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, Cryptpeach, or third parties
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• Prolonged inactivity
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Effect of termination

Upon termination for any reason, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

Termination due to a Terms violation does not entitle you to a refund of any Purchases. If your account is terminated in error, contact us at help.cryptpeach@gmail.com.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of Cryptpeach's registration.

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the effective date at the top of this document
• Send an in-app notification to all active users
• Post the updated Terms at the URL listed in the Google Play store listing

Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cryptpeach and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cryptpeach regarding your use of Crave and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
