Delete My Account

You can delete your account directly in the app via Settings → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, use this form to request deletion by our team.

Note: Deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your profile data, matches, messages, photos, and voice notes will be permanently removed. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.

Submit an Appeal

If you believe your account was actioned in error — warned, suspended, or banned — submit an appeal below. A human moderator will review it and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Select the reason that most closely describes why you believe the action was incorrect.
This will appear in the subject line of your support ticket.
Privacy

Privacy Request

Exercise your data rights under GDPR, CCPA, or any other applicable privacy law. We will respond within 30 days.

Your rights include: access to your data, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to object to processing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Safety

Safety & Reporting

Your safety is our priority. Report a user, harmful content, or a safety concern. You can also report directly in the app via the user's profile.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. This form is monitored during business hours and is not a real-time emergency service.

Questions about charges, subscriptions, or refunds. Note that all payments are processed by Google Play — for direct refund requests, you can also contact Google Play Support.

Find this in your Google Play order history or the confirmation email from Google.
